Life of the Grand Stables - Horse Museum - Chantilly

The life of the Grand Stables - The Chantilly Horse Museum

On this Blog we want:

   •  To share with you the life in the Grand Stables of Chantilly and let you meet our partners, horses, donkeys and ponies.

   •  To tell you about the training, education, and the preparation of the horses that is vital for them to perform in the many equestrian shows throughout the year.

   •  To introduce you to our coaches and the rest of the team (and what a team!). The Grand Stables of Chantilly is a palace that was built for horses by a visionary prince Louis-Henri de Bourbon, the 7th Prince of Condé (the great grandson of the Great Condé by his father), and the grand-son of Louis XIV by his mother (Mademoiselle de Nantes, the illegitimate daughter of King and Lady Montespan).

Welcome to the Blog of the Grand Stables – please can you send us any comments and feedback that you may have. Thank you,

From all of the team at the Grand Stables and the Chantilly Horse Museum.
